Disclosure Policy

When I embarked on this journey I decided not to name names. I have gotten units of people you have heard of or could Google. You loose your stuff and them months  to years later someone is rubbing it in your face. I think that is not necessary, when I was doing the World Traveler video yesterday I said his name and had to delete the take and redo it. So that policy is carved in stone! I just think it is the way to go.

For my subscribers the same deal goes, I will not sell your information to anyone for any reason. This is just between us!

HI Glendon, Ive been reading your posts about writing ebooks and I wanted to pick your brain. Id like to know how you would suggest getting started with ebook writing and marketing and selling. Whats the best road to start on? Where can i found out if a topic is popular or not?

Id like to talk to you more. I want to make sure i do the right things from the start.

Thanks
Dave

Hi Dave,

Thanks for checking out my post and blog. The first place you want to start is the topic, if you are writing an ebook to make money you need to find out what areas are hot before you writing your first word. I do not care how well written an ebook may be if the market demand is not there no one will buy it. Your research will dictate your marketing, just do a google keyword search to see if what you want to write about has legs. I hope this helps!

Hi Glen,

I recently ran across your you tube videos about the storage auctions. I watched a bunch of them and I’m eager to get started. Thanks for all the free schooling…lol! Any more tips you could offer a newbie to the game would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks again,
Mesha

Hey Mesha,

Thanks for checking me out! You are welcome! My only suggestion at this point ( shameless self promotion coming) is to buy me ebook, for less than the cost of hanging out you will get a book that will save you money in the long run. It take most people 3-5 years to fully learn the business and most do not hang around that long. Good luck and keep reading and watching!

Hi Glen
I read your book and I like the honesty on how long term it is to be successful. I’ve opened up eBay and PayPal accounts and started my excel spread sheet on locations here in North Ga. I don’t leave messages I plan to call them back instead. Is that the right thing to do? Also I get the reply that they don’t have auctions! What do they do if the rent isn’t paid?
Thanks!!

Terry

Terry,

You will have to stay on them! Some places will call you back, when you leave a message but many will not. Just keeping calling until you get an answer, so yes you are going about it the correct way. This is how you handle the -we don’t have auctions ploy, at some point MOST places will have an auction if they do not something funny is going on! You will see this with mostly smaller storage companies there are too many bad things legally that can handle and the bigger companies will not take those types of chances.
