You are definitely right. The clean up deposit for the facility I visited was $100. If an individual were to purchase 6 units, they would have to come off of another $600. I now see why you say bring at least $1500.

Hey Raymond,

Thanks for the message! The book is only available from me or Amazon that will change in a few months! I appreciate you checking out the blog and videos! Jerry and his family are good people, they helped me out a lot over the years!

Hey Glendon my name is Raymond. I went to Barnes and Noble today to buy the book they didn't have it. Have been buying and selling cars part time making good money, but its nowhere as exciting as this, that's the main reason why I'm doing it. The blog is addicting, can't imagine the book. I really want to buy this book just don't want to have to wait a couple of days to get it. I'm a black 25 year old living in the Atlanta area and I have been going to flea markets with my mother n law on the weekends for free. So time for me to make some money. If by any chance I can run into to u tomorrow and buy the book it would be greatly appreciated cause I'm driving my wife crazy talking about it. Thanks.

P.S. Auctioneer from Doan said u were a beast. Please stick to this writing thing.

Actually I leave stuff out of there would be book length posts! Yes, I have an excellent -long term memory. I may forget where I placed my keys but I can remember my first unit, what I got out of it and how much I made. The really good auction units are easy! Some of the smaller, less interesting unit, I really what was in them too, takes a little memory jogging! Sometimes I am driving by a storage facility that I bought something and everything I got there comes to mind, like it happened yesterday. Thanks for reading!

I sent off the last comment and realized that it sounds like your other articles are boring or less interesting. Not by a loooong shot, I enjoy them all and learn a little something more with every article. in the last two-three months I have went form deciding to look into storage auctions as a way to make money to finding you Glendon on you tube to buying your book to buying my first two units (a 5x10 and a 10x10)and ended up with a lot of what I thought was a lot of crap and I actually had to toss a good size portion of it. BUT, I have made my money back and all I have left is going to be pure profit. Oh by the way...Saying that this is hard work is a serious understatement. If you are not used to very hard work then this business is surely not for you.
